#Milton Ft. Myers update - storm surge in the Caloosahatchee River estuary is continuing to skyrocket to 5.5 feet above normal, has reached major flooding stage. This station is 1/2 mile from the Lee County Jail where 477 locals are imprisoned. No end in sight and high tide is coming.

Lee County Jail in Ft. Myers is about 1000 feet from the coast and is in a mandatory evacuation zone for #Milton. As of last night, its prisoners are not being evacuated.
