I was just in a chat about Flight Simulator 2020 and shared this video I made ~15 years ago comparing the original version of Flight Simulator II on the 1MHz Apple II to FS X on a 3.2GHz Pentium 4.
Back then, FS2020 would've blown my mind, as would have FS X back in the Apple II days.

CW: Proof I'm a FlightSim Fanatic
I've been in #FlightSimulation on and off for 30 years. I prefer flying heavy metal but I also enjoy turboprops and some GA aircraft.
I fly mostly #XPlane ATM but I also fly #MSFS. I never got into #Prepare3D. I went to XPlane directly from #FSX.
Currently fly for The Delta Virtual & Virtual Cargo International VAs and I have my own airline on FS Charter called Air America.
