Cool to see how AMD brings FSR4.1 to older graphics cards. I'm already using FSR4 INT8 on Steam Deck through OptiScaler and it's pretty nice.
Unfortunately, the PS5 missed support for it, since it's a hybrid between RDNA1 and 2 and does not feature an INT8 acceleration pipeline (the Xbox Series X does).

CachyOS trae por defecto muchas herramientas propias, como su Proton-cachyos, con y sin runtime de Steam. He estado probando usar FSR4 de AMD en mi gráfica RDNA3 y funciona.
La variable que uso en el arranque del juego es: PROTON_FSR4_RDNA3_UPGRADE=1En The Last of Us lo uso ahora sin problema!🥳

Gentle reminder: if you have a Steam Deck, you should install OptiScaler/Decky Framegen to get FSR4 Int8 working on the device.
It’s pretty mind-blowing how even upscaling from 320x can look.
It’s also very interesting that Sony does not use it on the PS5 and only on the Pro (PSSR2). It feels like they are holding it back to sell more Pros.
