@Dadmin: Ok, leicht gekröpft ist zwar gut, aber einen breiteren Lenker kann ich zumindest momentan nicht gebrauchen. Meine #FrozenShoulder ist immer noch nicht ganz ausgeheilt und die Bewegungsfreiheit des einen Arms immer noch etwas eingeschränkt.
Über #SJS und #JosephKuosac bin ich neulich schomma gestolpert. Hat viel *habenwill* ausgelöst. 🤪

A lot of pain this evening with my #frozenshoulder. I've just done too much.
So it's simply sausage and chips for tea in the air fryer and mushy peas.
