Beef stroganoff, paired with fried bananas and a side of leafy salad for some freshness. My first time making stroganoff, came out a bit salty, but I’m happy with the overall result.

When my #bananas get too ripe - I fry them up in coconut oil & eat with vanilla ice cream. I make fried bananas in a few different ways. This is the easiest/fastest version.
Asher also got his first few licks of ice cream today - he doesn't get much human foods at all(not good for his cat belly).
