Wasn't sure how to get it to look more like fresh fallen snow on the ground covered in yellow light x3

This is based on a memory when I was like 3yr-4yr. The street actually had trees and like one or two cars parked on the curb. I just didnt draw them here. I think I remember it because it was so quiet, but also so
sparkly
