Really confused why there are no direct flights from Heathrow to Porto. I make this trip every couple weeks and severely dislike dealing with the hassle of Gatwick, Stansted, and Luton. The time savings for me and just generally better facilities of LHR would be worth whatever the “premium” cost would be. I’d be relatively happy with City as a second option, too, but alas…

We have been loyal to flying BA & OneWorld for s long time, but since Covid-restrictions ate over flights have become so expensive, that it is no longer possible to maintain frequent flyer status.
It is now at a point where premium economy on BA is more expensive that business on some other airlines.
The wallet has voted!

Wow, not only did American Airlines wipe out my miles after 2 years of not flying with them, they wiped out my entire account! Frequent flyer programs are supposed to encourage loyalty, but they often have the opposite effect for me.
