An der Uniklinik Freiburg sollen in den kommenden Jahren bis zu 350 der rund 11.000 Stellen wegfallen. Laut der Uniklinik Freiburg gab es 2024 ein Defizit von 56 Millionen Euro.
Der geplante Stellenabbau trifft nicht nur die Beschäftigten, sondern auch die Patient:innen und die gesamte Gesundheitsversorgung in der Region. Gewerkschaften warnen vor einer weiteren Verschärfung der Arbeitsbedingungen sowie einer Verschlechterung der Versorgung der Patient:innen. Die Frage ist: Wer trägt die Verantwortung für diese Krise, wie lässt sie sich stoppen?
Darüber sprach ich für @RDL mit Gewerkschaftsekretär Ingo Busch von der Gewerkschaft ver.di Südbaden Schwarzwald.
