Bang on A Can & Friends provides this morning's #workout #music doing "Music for 18 Musicians" by Steve Reich - one of the most difficult musical projects I was ever involved in was a performance of "Drumming" with my college percussion ensemble in NM. The concentration it takes for this many musicians to execute with this precision is harder than you think - even if you think it is very, very hard.
