“You become the person who would have saved you, that time no one did” - cool quote, useful lens to consider your life through, but I think the truth is even more direct: you become someone who can survive the things you thought would kill you.
If you feel compelled to do things that don’t make sense for your present life, consider whether you’re still trying to survive something that happened long ago

I think it should be basic human right in moments of crisis have a compatible person to whom you can explain your worries and your fascinations or real interest. It cannot be compared sometimes with writting and describing and analyzing but in the text form.
So this post says basic human right for meaningful conversation

Courtesy of my therapist, here's how we're going to keep our sanity in the coming months.
1. Relationships. Build connections with the kind of people who reach out just to see how you're doing. Start inviting people over. You're that kind of person now.
2. Sign out. Stay informed, sure, but you don't need more than 30 minutes of national news every week. You can get it from the Associated Press app or Reuters. You don't need ragebait.
3. Find a cause. Organize, donate, fight.

#FreeTherapy: Here's a breathing exercise you may find useful today, for no particular reason.
It's called the physiological sigh. It's a fast-acting anxiety relief technique, and even though it looks a little silly, it works great.
Step 1: Two sharp inhales through the nose, like you're setting up for a melodramatic sob. The deeper the better.
Step 2: Exhale slow through the mouth. It may help to puff out your cheeks and keep your lips tight, like you're blowing up a tiny balloon.
