At the moment we are picking through bits released in #AlexJones and #FreeSpeechSystems (aka #InfoWars ) bankruptcy proceedings.

April 16, 2018 #LeonardPozner and #VeroniqueDeLaRosa, parents of #victim #NoahPozner, filed a #defamationsuit against Jones, #Infowars and #FreeSpeechSystems in #TravisCounty, #Texas.[241] Pozner, who has been forced to move several times to avoid #harassment and #deaththreats, was accused by Jones of being a #crisisactor.[242]

Judge Bellis lifts the Texas punitive cap. The full punitive damages have been awarded - so $49.2 million against #AlexJones and #FreeSpeechSystems / #InfoWars, with some discussion on the constitutionality of the cap.
