Week 1 with #GrapheneOS

The OS is just fantastic, I like it a lot! But the #Pixel9 is too big for my arthritic hands, so I switched from the 9 to a #reforbeshed #Pixel8 yesterday.

On paper, the 9 is actually thinner. But in my arthritic hand, I prefer the rounded edges of the 8.. I can hold it better.

I gave the 9 to my happy brother.

GrapheneOS installed on my #pixel9 .... BUT.....
mmmmmm I really like the simple and minimalist design, but the interface is not suitable for those who do not have the necessary skills and expertise to use the operating system properly.
Just to install apps you have to wring your brains out, a bit too much work for those who simply want a stable OS and a phone that works

Yesterday was a long day as my linux was missing some ⚙️🧠⚙️ ... not me ... 🫣HAHA lol..
And finally with a little help from Leo ai for some script fixes I managed to install /e/os ( #murena ) on the refurbeshed #pixel5 ...
Super happy and all aap seems to work correctly!!!

Here we go the refurbeshed #pixel5 from refurbed.nl just landed , looking good so fare, phone need some % of power and then we will go with the try out of Murena /e/os and calyxOS and lineageOS and chose the one that will help me with a new start with a free and DeGoogled life…. 😉
