We don't really need earth-destroying fossil fuels as a major source of CO² emissions any longer.

What the world needs are enough affordable hydrogen-powered powered vehicles to satisfy humans' need for mobility.

The resource needed to produce the carbon-neutral fuel is abundantly present, even more with rising sea levels: Sea water!
