Das Problem der geringen Unterscheidbarkeit z. B. von kleinem l (L) und großem I (i) betrifft nicht nur Schulkinder. Findet man partout keine Schrift, die alle Zeichen optimal bietet, macht man sich eben selber eine Schrift: aus freien Schriften kann man sich eine neue Schrift zusammenkopieren – muss die dann aber natürlich frei lizenzieren.
Das geht ziemlich einfach mit Fontforge oder anderen Font-Editoren.
