Lich is still technically under house arrest. Parole authorities in Alberta seem very accommodating.

With #Budget2025 sucking up most of the oxygen in the room, I want to bring some attention back to the Alberta government’s stripping teacher’s of their constitutionally guaranteed rights.
Specifically, I’m wondering where the #FreedomConvoy folks with their “When Tyranny Becomes Law Rebellion Becomes Duty” hoodies all got to? Has anyone checked on them? Is anyone monitoring their Telegram/Rumble feeds?

It’s also important to zoom out and look at the big picture; everything the Trump administration has done was done under cover of some manufactured ‘emergency’.From the tariffs, to the concentration camps, to the rolling of the military on blue states, to the extrajudicial killings in the Caribbean; everything has been ‘authorized’ by some sort of ‘emergency’ powers.
Trump wants Canada, but to justify the annexation he needs to provoke some kind of ‘emergency’ to make that happen.
It’s pretty clear that Smith’s UCP are sock-puppets for the MAGA regime. And it’s also clear that Smith intends to provoke a ‘national crisis’ by stirring the separatist pot and shitting all over the constitution. Everything they are doing is straight out of the #HeritageFoundation #Project2025 playbook.
How soon do you think it will be before Trump decides to step in and ‘liberate’ Alberta from the ‘oppressive’ Carney regime?
Remember when they tried that shit with the #FreedomConvoy but didn’t quite get there?..

Even if you’re celebrating the government ordering teachers back to work, this move by the Alberta government is a serious assault on Canadian’s protected charter rights.
Expect more to follow.
//Section 33 can only be used to override sections 2, and 7–15. Those cover the “fundamental,” “legal” and “equality” rights.
Those sections include some of the Charter's key principles, such as the:
- freedom of expression
- freedom of religion
- freedom of association
- protection against unreasonable search and seizure
- right to legal counsel and habeas corpus
- protection against cruel and unusual punishment
- protection from discrimination by the government//
