Brigata Transfemminista lädt euch ein, am 14. November ab 18 Uhr im Wilde24 an einem Soliaperitivo teilzunehmen, um Cleo zu unterstützen – eine mutige schwarze Transfrau, die seit 2024 zu Unrecht in einem Männergefängnis inhaftiert ist.
Obwohl sie unschuldig ist, sitzt sie ohne echte Beweise immer noch hinter Gittern – und ihre Inhaftierung zeigt, wie tief rassistische und transphobe Vorurteile im deutschen „Rechtssystem” verwurzelt sind.
Die Anschuldigungen gegen Cleo machen die strukturelle Gewalt sichtbar, die das Strafsystem aufrechterhält.
Wir werden angesichts der Unterdrückung nicht schweigen!
Gemeinsam können wir das Bewusstsein schärfen, Ungerechtigkeit bekämpfen und Solidarität zeigen.

When: Monday, 31st of March, 12pm during the trial hearing
Our community member Cleo, a Black migrant trans woman is detained since almost 1 year!
In various asylum accommodations before she has already faced severe transmisogyny and continuous institutional discrimination jeopardizing her physical and overall wellbeing.
Without solid material proof she is now imprisoned and put to trial, and was even transferred from a female to a male prison!
Throughout her detention and during the trial she is being demonized and criminalized and facing further discrimination and biased assumptions due to being a Black trans woman!
The racial profiling and transmosogynoir must end!
We say no to the violence and criminalisation towards black trans migrant bodies!
No to a biased and discriminatory justice system!

Montag, 31. März um 12 Uhr während der Gerichtsverhandlung
Unser Community-Mitglied Cleo, eine Schwarze Migrantin und trans* Frau, ist seit fast 1 Jahr in Haft!
In verschiedenen Asylunterkünften war sie bereits mit schwerer Transmisogynoir und ständiger institutioneller Diskriminierung konfrontiert, die ihr körperliches und allgemeines Wohlbefinden gefährdeten.
Ohne stichhaltige Beweise wurde sie nun inhaftiert und vor Gericht gestellt, und wurde sogar von einem Frauen- in ein Männergefängnis verlegt!
Während ihrer Inhaftierung und während des Prozesses wird sie dämonisiert, kriminalisiert und ist weiteren Diskriminierungen und voreingenommenen Annahmen ausgesetzt, weil sie eine Schwarze trans* Frau ist!
Das Racial Profiling und die Transfeindlichkeit müssen aufhören!
Wir sagen Nein zur Gewalt und Kriminalisierung von Schwarzen migrantischen trans* Menschen!
