Almost 5yo grandson is in the 4th generation of my family to loves all-things #starwars and #princessleia is our favorite (she's the BEST!), so I #frankensteined a little #woodentrain to represent her. I know her handpainted face doesn't do justice to the real thing (ie, the amazing Carrie Fisher!) but I really like my lightsabers, white felt collar, and cinnamon-bun hair!

#ThomasAndFriends #Nelson has a long black flatbed, and while my #frankensteined one doesn't look exactly like the one in the shows, it is super-long and it is black, so I'm okay with it! (shiny stuff is just the gloss medium topcoat)

#ThomasAndFriends #Lorenzo's #Beppe is finally done; my hands aren't steady for tiny paintwork, so this #frankensteined #woodentrain has several layers of paint under his final coat. My 3yo grandson was sooo happy Beppe's done!

So far, my #frankensteined #Lexi has been the most challenging #woodentrain for me to create, but I really like how she turned out! So does my 3yo grandson, so yay!
