Ich weiß nicht, ob 8 KB #Ferroelectric #RAM so hilfreich sind wenn die Firmware in einem klassischen NOR-Flash liegt und man über ein #VT100-Terminal drauf zugreifen muss, weil man in 8 KB nicht mal ansatzweise ein modernes Dateisystem untergebracht bekommt... immerhin VT100 wird's in 200 Jahren vermutlich noch geben, aber USB-A? 🤔

not for the first time I've been part of a team doing the southern-most direct ocean observations on the planet... we have just emerged from the Bay of Whales (yes there were #whales). Its where #Amundsen took #Fram and set up base for his successful round trip to the pole. It was also mind-meltingly spectacular. We got to around 78o 40'S and took a temperature-salinity profile. Why wouldn't you do all you can to preserve this planet?
