The spring sunshine is finally here. I made coffee jelly. The measuring cup with a spout for tamagoyaki (egg roll) that I bought at Kappabashi the other day was just right for the amount and ease of pouring for the jelly.

I was starting to draw something Zentangle-like for April Fool's Day, but I couldn't finish it in time.
I don't feel like taking pictures of cherry blossoms unless the sky is blue...

Rummaging through some old papers, notes from old math lessons, and I found a “big head, little face,” doodle. The idea of big head, little face came from one of my students. They like to draw big heads with a little face, and they showed me how. So I had one in my notes. Today I drew this comic.

My friend recently gave me my very first fountain pen, an inexpensive one, and I put some watercolor paint in it. It’s surprisingly different from writing with a marker or a ball point. I ordered a bottle of ink, and I’m curious to see how using the ink will differ from the paint.

I posted these as replies but maybe i should put it out there in its own post. I keep my #BuJo pretty minimalistic and only use it has a mind dump so it gets pretty messy.
