I thought #KOSA was dead. Guess it was merely... resting there for a while. Those kinds of bills, like #FOSTA and #SESTA, are a problem and I hate that they pretend that it's about protecting kids online when it's not, it's about control and #censorship, particularly of info kids (or anyone else) may need.

Cuz those #NSFW-Accounts just want to avoid any kind of reactionary shitstorm and cops harrassing them because some minor interacted with their posts.
Not that minors can't see them but unless one interacts with these they can at least claim they "didn't knew" some minor was interacting with their posts...

Tate and hid brother were apparently both involved in the trafficking ring, luring women to #Romania under the pretense of a romantic relationship only to keep them prisoner and force them under threat of physical violence to perform in porn videos, which were then uploaded to sites such as #OnlyFans.
The identities of the victims have not been disclosed, but I suspect OnlyFans will now be under renewed scrutiny under the #FOSTA and #SESTA laws.

This bill has a lot of the same problems as bills like #SESTA /
#FOSTA and the #EarnItAct.It would make kids less safe, and would be weaponized to target resources for #LGBTQ youth and censor online access to abortion information.
Congress should pass real legislation like #AICOA and #OAMA instead.
