@Emily_S I guess you didn't see my #FOSS4G2022 talk? The secret is not confining oneself to [-180,+180], repeating stuff every 360, and wrapping stuff if the delta is >180.

The outcome of the #FOSS4G2022 codesprint might not be a lot of code.
In my case, it was a very interesting set of conversations regarding CRSs, (re)projections, and the associated computational geometry implications. Lotsa food for thought. -
Will be heading off to the #FOSS4G2022 codesprint and stay for a while.

The "metaverse" is defined by Matthew Ball as an interoperable network of 3D virtual worlds with continuity of data.
We're working on a subset of those virtual worlds, with a stylised, functional (so not photorealistic) map built on @overte with @openstreetmap plus topography, hosted on decentralised servers (the SolidBox) following semantic web principles.#FOSS4G2022
Very new project, growing organically. We're looking for a developer, get in touch! Also, any resources, tips, links welcome.
