I kveld har eg vore på oppsetjinga av "Den siste viking" i Statsbygd. Spelet er bygd på boka ved same namn av Johan Bojer, ein på mange vis "gløymt" norsk forfattar innan nyrealismen.
Eg er verkeleg imponert over kva dei fekk til her, med regn og vindkast oppe i 19 m/s. Og sjå den lyssettinga! Her er det berre å komma seg, om.ein får høve!

#Fosen-aksjonister må i dag møte i retten igjen.
I forrige runde ble anklagene først trukket underveis mot fem av aksjonistene, og deretter ble resten frikjent.
Staten anka saken mot de frikjente, og derfor går den nå i lagmannsretten.

Retten vektla at aksjonen var "helt nødvendig" for at regjeringa skulle beklage menneskerettsbruddet. Minister Aasland hevda i retten at regjeringa uansett hadde kommet til å beklage, men ble altså ikke trodd.

#fosen #windkraft #renewables #greencapitalism #greenlandgrabbing Unsere Recherche in #Oslo neigt sich vorerst dem Ende zu. Wir sehen etwas klarer, inwiefern die #GreatTransition im Zeichen eines grünen Kapitalismus zu diskutieren ist. Eine der wichtigeren Perspektiven sind die #Indigenen, nicht nur die #Sàmi in Norwegen.
Aber diese haben starke Kräfte, mit denen wir ins Gespräch kommen müssen.#EllaMarieHaettaIsaksen zum Beispiel, eine junge sámische Künstlerin und Aktivistin, die in unserem SWR-Feature über das Windkraftprojekt #FosenKonflikt eine wesentliche Rolle spielen wird.
In Oslo gibt es eine sehr gute linke Zeitung namens #Klassenkampf, oder #klassekampen. Darin fanden wir am Samstag eine ausführliche und gute Reportage über den Streik gegen #Tesla in #Schweden. Warum Tesla scheiße ist? Sie sabotieren zielstrebig und machtbewusst die Tarifautonomie in Schweden, im Mutterland der sozialdemokratischen Wohlfahrtsstaats-Erfolgsgeschichte. Wäre schön so eine Reportage mal in deutschen Medien zu lsen.Wer glaubt, das #Elektroauto sei Teil der Lösung, wird hier eines Besseren belehrt. Tesla jedenfalls ist Teil des Problems, das da heißt: Grüner Kapitalismus.
Die neue public-privat partnership in Sachen #Windenergie in #Norwegen ist übrigens in einer ganz ähnlichen Perspektive situiert.

#Joik am Schloss mit #EllaMarieHaettaIsaksen und einer jungen Truppe von #Sámi Aktivistinnen und solidarischen Leuten in #Oslo
#Windenergie hat auch Tücken, denn die Anlagen können stören. So etwa die #Rentiere der Sámi, aber auch die #Menschenrechte.Denn die Ausübung ihrer Kultur und somit der #Rentierzucht ist ein Menschenrecht der S#ami. Sie hätten also zumindest gefragt werden sollen, bevor der #Windpark #Fosen erichtet wurde.
Eine ziemlich spannende Geschichte, die Problematik der indigenen Rechte weist in die Zukunft. Und die Frage eines #GrünenKolonialismus wird mitten in der Gegenwart gestellt.
#Oslo im März ist #Regen. Nach dem Konzert erstmal Schuhe wieder binden. Gestern erstmals Cafe-Besuch, was gibt es schöneres als Flanierenden zuzuschauen, bei Regen gibt es schönere Fotos.

#EllaMarieHaettaIsaksen ist ganz gewiss eine Hauptperson in der aktivistischen Szene der Sámi in Norwegen. Auf jeden Fall in #Oslo, wo sie die Proteste gegen die Menschenrechtsmissachtung der Regierung organisiert hat. Sie hat auch ein Buch mit autobiografischem Charakter geschrieben und spielt die Hauptrolle in einem Spielfilm über die historische Protestbewegung gegen ein Wasserkraftwerk in den 1970er und 80er Jahren. Das war der #AltaKonflikt, heute geht es um den #FosenKonflikt.
Wie wir gestern abend in der Jakobskirche bei einem Solidaritätskonzert für #Fosen erleben konnten, ist Ella auch eine sehr gewinnende Moderatorin und natürlich eine der besten Joiksängerinnen dieser Zeit.
Im #FosenKonflikt geht es um eine exemplarische Verhandlung zwischen den Interessen der #Windenergie Erzeuger und den Sámi, die traditionell auf den windigen Gebieten ihre rentiere weiden lassen.
Da die #Windenergie auch zukünftig eine bedeutende Rolle spielen wird für die #Energiewende, handelt es sich um eine Wachstumsbranche, die international aufgestelt ist und für die Sámi in Norwegen eine Herausforderung darstellt.
Die Forderung #LandBack wird konkret im Fall #Fosen so umgesetzt, dass alternative Weidegebiete gesucht werden sollen, wo die Rentierzüchter weiter machen können.
In den angedachten weiteren Projekten ist das dann aber nicht möglich, weil es diese Gebeite nicht mehr überall gibt. -
Im Moment recherchieren wir in Oslo zu der Problematik #Windenergie. Ja, eine Problematik, denn Windparks werden hier in angeblich menschenleeren Gebieten errichtet, zum Beispiel auf der Halbinsel #Fosen. Dort aber gibt es auch traditionelle Weidegebiete für Rentiere, und die sámischen Rentierzüchter haben ein Problem. Sie wurden nämlich erstmal gar nicht gefragt, was die gigantischen Windparks für sie bedeuten. Und das ist viel, denn die scheuen Rentiere mögen die Turbinen nicht.
In #Oslo findet gerade ein Prozess gegen eine Gruppe junger sámischer Aktivisten statt, die verschiedene Ministerien und Regierungsorte besetzt hatten. Das war 1 Jahr nach einer Entscheidung des Obersten Gerichtes, dass der Bau der Windanlagen die #Menschenrechte der #Sámi kränkt. Da dieser Spruch nicht zu konkretem Regierungshandeln führte, schritten die jungen Aktivist:innen zur Tat.
Im Prozess war auch der Energieminister vorgeladen. -

'When #Norway, as a democratic state, ignores human rights and ignores the supreme court five hundred days after the ruling, something is deeply wrong,' Jostein says. For the Sámi, who are no strangers to conflict over land, the court’s ruling in their favor came a century too late — but the five hundred days that followed were nothing but a slap in the face.

It wasn’t that the #ClimateActivist had suddenly taken a stand against renewable energy. Rather, she had joined forces with #activists standing up for #IndigenousPeople ’s plea to be able to continue practicing their culture in #Fosen, central #Norway. For hundreds of years, this land has been home to #ReindeerHerders — an important tradition, which helps preserve the Sámi’s endangered language. Yet today, the siting in Fosen of wind turbines, which frighten the reindeer, puts its continuation in doubt.
"Some five hundred days ago, #Norway’s supreme court ruled that the turbines are a violation of #IndigenousRights under international conventions. Yet they are still running even now — and indeed, even after the ebbing of the short-lived news attention surrounding Thunberg’s role in the protest. Once again, the Norwegian government has proven that it remains indifferent to Sámi lives.

It’s about time Norway drops the mask. It’s about time the rest of the world sees Norway for what it really is,' she says.

The crowd at today's #Fosen demonstrations filled the square in front of parliament to the brim.

Mihkkal Hætta addresses the crowd. Hætta has lived in a lávvu (Sámi tent) outside Parliament for a full month to protest the government's refusal to follow Supreme Court in the #Fosen case.
His lávvu was joined by several other lávvus on October 11, on the two-year anniversary of the Fosen ruling.
His words are translated from Sámi to English by musician, actor, author, and one of the #Fosen movement's leaders Ella Marie Hætta Isaksen.

The King of #Norway has now granted the #Fosen protesters a meeting. In response, the protesters have declared the end of #civildisobedience actions - for now.
These protests marked the two year anniversiary of Supreme Court's ruling in the #Fosen case - in favor of the #Indigenous Sámi, but ignored by the government until the massive demonstrations in February and March this year.
Back then, government apologized and promised to address the issue. Since then, nothing has been done on #Fosen.
