Automatic email forwarding is very risky. First, it can lead to exfiltration of sensitive internal information outside the corporate environment. But it can also cause account compromise, for example through password reset whose code arrives at some external address that may be under the control of an attacker.

Any Zoho Mail experts here? I have 3 domains in my account (1x com, 1x net, 1 x org) with 'com' being the 'primary domain'. I have a filter set up to forward specific 'net' emails to a Gmail address. The emails forward but I notice (in my Gmail account) that 'mailed-by' is showing as 'com' (my primary domain) and not the 'net' domain. Is there any reason why this is happening, perhaps I've missed some setting in my Zoho account? 🤔

I was able to work around the problem described above by exporting the filter and editing what I needed into it.

Okay, maybe someone knows what the fuck is going on.

I'm in Gmail. I'm editing a filter to add a forwarding address. I've been using this address with another filter without any issue.

However, when I edit my filter to add the forwarding address, Gmail says the filter was updated, but the forwarding address is not added to the filter.

:headache:

I cleared the application data, as was suggested in many places. It did not work. I also tried in Chrome. (I generally use Firefox.) It did not work.

(I'm not aiming to change email providers. People answering with "just move to [so-and-so]" will be blocked.)
