In an ideal scenario I would be at home resting and healing from #DiverticularDisease while powerful antibiotics help to keep me from nasty infections.
Alas, no. My lead brewer messaged me at 6:30am to tell me he was in hospital as a result of a kitchen accident with a knife. They may be off work for weeks.
Solo operator (while unwell and at what I would call 60% my usual health and productivity) in the run-up to summer was not what I wanted on my Bingo card.
I have an excellent cellar hand who wants more hours and is keen to learn additional skills and will help me.
