Figured nature can do with a bit of optimization, and I with a bit of exercise.
So instead of "letting nature be" my inner Dutchman* decided we need to have a proper dike. It'll be a 40 to 50 meter long structure on the lower, draining, side of the bog. This afternoon I did the first 15 meter.
As I am not sure yet how exactly this area retains water I'll take winter and spring to monitor.
*what I really crave for is a little polder.

I move that we change the spelling of the French "alcool" to mirror the English "alcohol."
Why?
Think about it? It is spelled "al cool." If you read the "al" the Arabic way, then it means "le cool" in French or "the cool" in English.
That's pushing children towards drunkenness, and drunkenness is definitely not "cool."
Let's change the spelling, for the children.

Let me reiterate: in the draft, the phrase "digital single market", (which has a priori as much to do with child sexual abuse as with #broccoli) appears 14 times while "prevention" seems to appear exclusively in the context of "online" sexual abuse.
And nothing about police or social services. Zero, zilch, nada. If at all, public authorities are mentioned only in very general handwaving terms, or as relates to restricting "online" freedom.
I find this remarkable.
