A foreskin restoration commission for AdamantZoroark, featuring Siren the arctic fox. Siren relaxes in comfort but is sure maintain one routine. He's restoring his foreskin with a device called the Mantor, which he wears passively.
Like many other devices out there, the Mantor tugs shaft skin forward while pushing down on the head of the penis, both actions encouraging shaft skin growth over time. Unlike some other devices and exercises I've drawn, I've never tried this one personally, but I've heard a lot of good things about it from others.
