Georgian Parliament passes "foreign agents" law in the second reading. 83 MPs supported the bill, 23 voted against. There were also physical altercations among the deputies during the discussion of the bill. So it's almost 1AM and seems like demonstrations are dissipating.
Rally focused on speeches and playing the national anthem, police arrived without riot gear, and the promise to withdraw the bills all seemed to disarm the energy from nights before.
I will post if I see anything else of note.

It's around Midnight in Tbilisi & there is another big crowd in front of the parliament building and speeches being delivered.

As the cops push forward, towards a barricade, a cop trips and falls while trying and failing to apprehend someone and protestors throw things at police.
