Yesterday I finished #ForecastingLoveAndWeather #기상청사람들사내연애잔혹사편
An enjoyable watch. I particularly liked the evolution of the characters, most of all the secondary ones. Lately k-dramas portray characters beyond redemption and here it is not the case. Relationships are complex and their complexity unfolds slowly.
Song Kang looks very young though he was 30 when he filmed it. I appreciate that he's at a healthy weight.
Park Min-young is awesome as always.

I liked #ForecastingLoveAndWeather for learning about meteorology. It was #SongKang and a strong FL. Also, #SearchWWW was excellent for strong FLs as well as learning about the world of search engines. I love when #kdrama teaches you about a totally new line of work.
Also, not an office drama, but #AnotherMissOh was awesome for learning about sound engineering. A lot of tears in that one, though.

That was certainly true in #ForecastingLoveAndWeather!
So, this year's Christmas schedule is the emptiest that I've ever had. Since nature hates a void, I've jammed it chock-full of delightful #kdrama.
Finished #ForecastingLoveAndWeather last night and I enjoyed the angsty view of romance with lot of weather forecasting thrown in.
I'm jointly rewatching #DoomAtYourService and the show is delightful, second time around.
Finished #TheMatchmakers and I loved the leads and the fabulous costumes. Too many plots for me, though.
Happy Boxing Day, folks!

I loved learning about South Korea’s weather and weather reporting as much as I enjoyed the love story. It was a really good drama.
I doubt anyone in the U.S. calls weather agencies to complain about inaccurate forecasts. I found the sense of responsibility very different.
For those #actuallyAutistic or not who like to stare at huge data sets and models as I do, I strongly recommend meteociel. This french old-school website is surely my favorite in all the categories and it's the only one I know that allows access to global forecast models in so many possible ways and parameters.
GFS having the wider forecast timespan (10 days) the most beautiful, informative, therefore exciting modes are for me :
- the one displaying temperature at 2m and winds at 10m to have an idea of the weather anywhere in the next days (https://www.meteociel.fr/modeles/gfse_3d.php?mode=5)
- the one displaying JET STREAAAAM :blob_rave: to have a gorgeous bigger picture of the dynamics ongoing (depressions and anticyclones) anywhere.
Oh don't forget to click on "anim" on the left to see the forecast progressing through time :blob_heart_eyes:
Of course just watching infrared satellites animations is super cool too so you can have a very fine view over all clouds, especially those so cute cumulonimbus popping up (they look like forest farts, i love it :blob_cat_patpat:), especially after or while you get rained/thundered on (these are only over western europe tho, sadly) : https://www.meteociel.fr/observations-meteo/satellite.php?mode=archives-infrarouge-noir-et-blanc
And you can even have a look at all the lightnings striking in real time !! That's a so cool feature to know where they're from (also available over the us) ! :blob_cat_aww: https://www.meteociel.fr/observations-meteo/foudre-direct.php?x=384&y=384&zoom=0
Meteociel.fr, i love you.
What's your best data source of everyday infinite fun ? I wanna know all of them !

Park Min-young is one of my favorite actresses. I have loved her in everything she’s done.
I enjoyed Forecasting Love & Weather because they provided enough technical stuff to learn a little about weather forecasting in S.Korea. I loved the older woman/younger man theme. And I loved the directing - how you think one scene went one way, but then later on you find out so much happened that you didn’t notice.
