Something you might consider trying with your next instant ramen meal:
A dash of sesame oil on top.
A little goes a long way and it gives a bit of richness and flavor oomph.
(I may be biased and constantly adding all sorts of stuff to my instant ramen pot but sesame oil stands out as particularly effective).

Thanks to Chinese Cooking Demystified I'm now sometimes deep fry my boiled eggs (aka tiger skin eggs). It's possible to use these eggs in other suitable dishes instead of meat, but most often I roll mine in a sauce made of 50% ketchup and 50% soy sauce. Delicious!
