Every day in Gaza carries more burden.Many Palestinians are being silenced like this recently as Instagram has cracked down on "scammers". While actual scammers are completely ignored.

Areej is the unmarried sister of my friend Ahmad Saada. She has had dental problems from a young age. The occupation has meant that nutrition has been scarce and we are seeing a wave of dental decay. Areej is a special case. She needs approx. $150 per tooth removal/implant to relieve her suffering. She can barely eat. They all have to be replaced. Please help with the cost.
