Can any Tusky user tell me how I can search for a specific (mostly short) hashtag?

When I search for #foo it suggests many hashtags like #foobar and #foo123 etc. Often I can't find the hashtag I am looking for.

上周家人出差，自己住着百般岑寂，开始找音乐听。
然后发现 #Foobar 竟然还在更新，时代眼泪了。下下来觉得仍然非常好用，常用格式都支持，NAS映射个网络驱动器就能听歌。

I'm really confused as to why that first forbidden one is there, tbh
