Humanity has been brewing for thousands of years. And yet there’s still a lot of innovation happening.
For example there have been many new exciting new yeast strains in recent years. Something that is starting to get more attention now is brewing with Fonio instead of barley (and even hops). This grain is thousands of years old and has a bunch of interesting characteristics; but brewing with it hasn’t been explored that much yet.
