  1. Hi I’m Tanja Stephani, artist and kids book Illustrator, I’m new here and it’s still a bit confusing but I’m shure I get use to it.
Here is an illustration witch I created for #folktaleweek2022 and I hope you like it.

  2. Paper collage art + Adobe Photoshop touches. ✂️🎨
This illustration shares a sad legend of two sisters who were once forest snake goddesses. 🐍🐍 They were supposed to practice their spiritual gifts in isolation for one thousand years. But right before they completed their trainings, the two sisters decided to visit the human world, which led to their ultimate rebellion. For #folktaleweek2022 #folktaleweek

  3. There was village that was plagued by a #wyrm. It would come out and attack their livestock.

The villager had enough & collected the blood from hogs that they had just slaughtered and mixed it with white sand. They left out the sand to placate the wyrm and watched it eat.

The sand hardened inside the beast and the villagers were able to kill it.

To this day, there is a cliff of coloured sand: reds and yellows from the killed wyrm.

  4. The #CunningFolk know that when the Sea Crone stirs all should listen. She is powerful and wise and the words she whispers should be listened to. Pity the man who ignores the crone for his fate is sealed & lost to the sea.

#Folklore says that she answers to no one, even the old gods of water let her be.
