Nights are starting to get chilly. Restarted #FoldingAtHome for the winter.

My home Linux server hadn't downloaded and processed any new units for Folding at Home in about 35 days. Uninstalling and reinstalling fah-client didn't help.
So last night I uninstalled the client, then manually deleted all of the locations where parts of it get stored. I reinstalled the current version, and voilà - it's working again! #FoldingAtHome

I crunch Folding@Home.

I add more self-hosted stuff.

Two blog posts in two days?! I'm going crazy.
This time another blog post about BOINC. I achieved 100 million points in @einsteinathome and for that occasion I give another update on my distributed computing journey. And I'm having another go with Folding@Home

Anyone still do #FoldingAtHome? What do these gold star 'Credited' projects actually mean? Usually when they finish they stay green and get a green star, like the 3rd project in my first photo
