#China public #security and law enforcement agencies conduct more training with international partners than the PLA itself. African accounts for over a third of participants in China's Ministry for Public Security training programs are African—second only to Asia.

This law enforcement training includes not only officers but judges and magistrates. The Forum on China-#Africa Cooperation (#FOCAC)-Legal Forum has trained over 40,000 African #lawyers since 2000.
