✈️ FL 1 (Bühne): Euer täglicher Prozess im Team.
✈️ FL 2 (Backstage): Die Koordination zwischen den Teams.
✈️ FL 3 (Regie): Die Unternehmensstrategie.
Das Problem: Eure "Balkon-Themen" sind meist FL3-Probleme (Regie), die auf der Bühne (FL1) unlösbar sind.

we do not fully understand how to build work systems with humans yet.however, we're brave enough to build work systems with machines.

conclusions:
⚪ many small, early stage, single purpose approaches. tried #structurizr #d2 #mermaid a bit, came from #plantuml
⚪ all of them are sw centric, not extendable on user level➡️ not really usable for #flightlevels inspired #worksystemsdesign

denkmodelle kombinieren bleibt wichtig. beispiel: #teamtopologies denkt eher über #collaboration nach, #flightlevels eher über den #coordination mode. beides wichtig.
