Years ago, I made a pillow from scrap blanket #fabric and joined pieces with a five-thread #flatlock. I’m thinking of doing the same for this cushion top, but I’m also considering just serging it and topstitching it down, because it’s quicker/easier. Or perhaps using decorative ribbon somehow?
The seam will join the left and right halves down the very centre of the 17″ deep cushion, to obtain a 98″ wide top.
