Zmarł John Flanagan, autor serii Zwiadowcy i Drużyny, na których się wychowałem... Od dawna jego powieści żyją już tylko w moich wspomnieniach, nie czytałem najnowszych, jednak to bardzo dziwne uczucie wiedzieć, że niczego już nie dopisze.

Nie zmienią się natomiast miłe wspomnienia i rola którą te książki dla mnie miały - od rozwijania zainteresowań, przez podbudowywanie pewności siebie i wspólne tematy z kolegami, po bycie tematem przewodnim przez lata harcerskie💚

2. Heard a smart talk about #Flanagan's #Netflix House of Usher & how the series is not only a brilliant take on Poe's stories but a commentary on Netflix & our culture of inattention.

3. Saw a dear friend from #Oxford who quoted Blanche Dubois on Poe.
