Gestern #critterkitchen auf dem Tisch gehabt. Ausgeliehen, weil die beste Frau von allen und K2 es nicht ausgehalten haben, bis unser Exemplar von @milan_spiele_de da ist.
Als geistiger Nachfolger von #flamecraft macht es alles richtig, was dort schon toll war: Material, Illustrationen sind einfach grandios.
Hier gefällt mir die thematische Einbindung der Meachnik, die geringe Downtime und die verschiedenen Phasen extrem gut.
Am Ende war es ein 34:24:19:16 (K2:ich:Frau:Nachbarin).

Aaaaah, le plaisir suprême de mener un #JDR avec des joueurs à fond, et de sentir qu'ils ont vraiment kiffé toute la partie ! Ce soir, c'était un JDR maison inspiré du #jds #Flamecraft, dont il utilise le matériel, et où les joueurses incarnent de petits dragons dans un monde fantasy adorablement mignon !
Tous les joueurs de ce soir, du vieux bourlingueur au primojoueur, ont aimé, trouvé le système original, malin et intuitif, et aimé mon scénar, grandement improvisé.
Je suis terriblement fier !

#Flamecraft hat sich hier in die Herzen gespielt. Eigentlich einfache Regeln, die aber komplexes Spiel ermöglichen. Schnelle Progression im Spiel. Spannend bis zum Schluss. Fantastisches Artwork und Lokalisierung. Und das alles in 1 Stunde. 🥰 Heute mit der Lieblingsnachbarin, K1 (11) und K2 (9). Am Schluss stand es 54:54:51:45, wobei die Erwachsenen gerade noch so gewonnen haben und die Kleine sogar die große mit dem letzten Schmuckdrachen überholt hat.

Aujourd'hui première partie de mon #JDR maison où on joue des bibliothécaires chargé·es de retrouver des livres qui manquent à l'appel. Avec ma chère et tendre à la table pour la première fois.
Bah c'était super ! Les jeux de rôles c'est vraiment une recette du bonheur ! J'ai tellement envie de lui faire vivre plein d'aventures !
(si tout va bien, demain je fais aussi la première partie de mon JDR maison où on joue les dragonneaux du #jeudesociete #Flamecraft !

Got in a game of #Flamecraft with youngest son while lady folks were out and about.

💙 gained a small lead in early game and then took off mid game as ❤️ hit a slump. Late game ❤️ started scoring several shop upgrades but 💙 had a couple big payoffs at the end that sealed their win

Personally, #Flamecraft is the game I liked the least among these ones, while my eldest is very happy with the purchase (although for him too it's not his favorite). I would rate it between a 6 and 7: it wouldn't be my first choice for a game, especially if there are newcomers, but its very nice art is attractive enough to actually help bring people to it.

a resource management game with a #fantasy setting with some very attractive art (that was one of the reasons why he picked it, TBH).
The game mechanics are solid, but a bit convoluted, and may require multiple playthrough to get really used to, which is almost ironic given that there's only one/two major choices each player has to do each turn.
