Neurons Firing - Pleasant Thoughts

Played around a bit with @krita's multi-brush tool on the new laptop.
I like how I can just draw straight onto the screen with my fingers as it has a touch screen.

#hashtags I regularly use:

• #FiXatoCreative a collection of all my creative outlets. I usually combine these with one of the following:
• #FiXatoPaints for my physical media paintings and #FiXatoPaintsDigitally for my digital ones.
• #FiXatoDraws drawings made with other materials than paint. Distinction is not always very clear cut, and I may use them interchangeably.
• #FiXatoWrites for my writing activities
• #FiXatoFoto as well as #photography and #dailyPhoto for photographs I've taken.

Then there's also these other topics that interest me:

• #FiXatoCodes and #coding (which is perhaps better used as a profile filter: FiXato's #coding posts)
• #FiXatoStreams for my posts about my #livestreaming activities.
• #FiXatoBlog for posts I would like to expand to full blog posts at a later point, or for posts about the development of said blog.
• #MSX and #MSX2 for posts about the MSX #homecomputer from the 80s.
• #FiXatoFood for food I eat and/or make
• #pun and #puns for the puns I make

Today's #DailyDrawing is my take on the #Eye of #Sauron from #LordOfTheRings, once again in #deviantART's #Muro drawing tool.

I think I'm done with my #Balrog, at least for now.
Submitted it to my #deviantART account: https://www.deviantart.com/fixato/art/Balrog-916258806

Trying to add a dark entity within the flames.

After listening to several #LordOfTheRings lore videos, I wanted to try to paint my own #Balrog-like creature.

Still #WorkInProgress, but so far I'm quite satisfied with the #fire effects I created in #deviantART's #mur using the #DrPepper drawing tool and its blending tool, combined with the smoke tool for the fire whips.

Image marked as sensitive because of demonic imagery, as I assume some might not want that in their timelines?

Some more playing with #colours in #deviantART's #Muro drawing tool.
Just some satisfying cacophotos of colours, inked over the canvas with the 'smoke' tool, and then smeared out with the 'blending' tool.

It's very #abstract and I don't really have any idea or intentional structure behind it; just mindless playing with strokes and tones, while trying to clear my mind.

and as a reference, here's the unfinished #muro digital painting I mentioned.
Not quite sure if I want to do something else with it, and if so, what, but I just like the vibrant colours.

Data Streams - Work in progress abstract graphics

Work in progress export of an #abstract piece I've been working on in #deviantART's #muro since this evening.

Started with just random #webink patterns in a broad spectrum of colours, and then smearing them in different directions, blending and trying to find satisfying patterns and colour combinations as I go.

It's turning out a lot more #pastel than I'd originally set out, but so far it's been quite pleasing. :)
