30 min de renforcement musculaire bas du corps avec #Apple #FitnessPlus ce matin, puis trajet #velotaf de 25 min. J’y suis allé tooouuut doucement, mais je suis tombé sur un groupe de potes. On a papoté en roulant, et j’ai suivi leur rythme.

En revanche, pour tout ce qui est #HIIT, #RenforcementMusculaire, etc, j'aime beaucoup #fitnessplus. Il ne manque que la traduction pour être top.

Et pour ce qui est du #yoga, pareil, je ne me fais pas à #FitnessPlus. Je vais donc garder mon ancienne app, #DownDog, qui est beaucoup mieux foutue.

Last week, I began doing yoga with Jessica on Fitness+. For now, I’m doing a 10-minute slow flow, and I listen to my body’s needs.

I extended my walk to 5 km on Sunday, still slow. I can go up and down the 9 floors of my condo without my cane!

Hoping to start stationary indoor bicycle this week.

Last week, I began doing yoga with Jessica on Fitness+. For now, I’m doing a 10-minute slow flow, and I listen to my body’s needs.

I extended my walk to 5 km on Sunday, still slow. I can go up and down the 9 floors of my condo without my cane!

I sit in a chair to avoid putting too much weight on my fractured leg. I started with 10 minutes today.

This type of exercise will benefit both the body and the mind. Happiness can be small things!

Following up my toot about #AppleOne: I got an employee membership to #FitnessPlus for like half a year, and while I don’t know that I would have *tried* it without that, I definitely would have *subscribed* to it after the trial. I really like trainers and the workouts.

I guess for us, what made us get the bundle was #AppleMusic + #AppleTVPlus + #AppleFitness. iCloud storage is great too, but I already get an unholy amount of iCloud storage from being in SWE.
