Did my second body scan today. This is a monthly service with my fitness trainer to measure my progress.
This is the portable setup she brings to my home and we set up in my art studio. I stand on the platform and it slowly rotates me 365 while the column scans and creates a report we view on her laptop.
It’s only been a month, so very small changes, all in the right direction: lost tiny bit of fat, gained a tiny bit of muscle. She said they were good results, especially since I didn’t work out at all for a week when I had the flu.

Friday night workout in the books. Had no motivation at then start. Feeling much better afterwards.
3x20 lift, cross and curl on the mace bell on each arm and 3x15 minutes sword work.

Friday night in the books. It kicked my ass tonight, but got it done. Still going through a ton of water during.
90 minutes of mace bell cross, lift and curl (3x20 on each arm) and mace work (3x15 minutes).
After workout wind down is bed…

I’ve almost tripled the time I spend working out every week. After discovering #mobility #workouts I went from 3-4 workouts/wk for 10-15min each to 6-7/wk for 15-30min.
The result has been more energy with better #sleep but also *constant* muscle aches, which seemed to not fade over time as my muscles got used to the activity.
I needed to not feel constant aches and pains every day (<— the lede buried by the #adhd need to explain in needless detail).

Friday night workout in the books and it kicked my ass. Up on weights to 30, and the longsword whilst not heavier than the katana has a very different balance.

Last Friday workout of 2022 in the books.
A mace is far more brutal and unwieldy than a sword, but way better workout for the arms.
3x40 dumbbells and 3x15 minutes with the mace.
