Being a fitness class instructor is kinda awesome, especially with great colleagues.
Wednesday I got a message from another fitness class instructor that she were feeling unwell, unsure if ill or just stress. Reluctantly I agreed to stand ready to substitute for her class the next day. The next day got confirmation from her that she was ill. But not ill enough and that she really needed her class to get stress out of her system.

Progress on my cinnamon buns. Got way better buttering this time around. I mixed sugar and butter into a paste, then gently heated it until it was very soft spread. Worked wonders.
But may have forgotten that I had the dough fermenting when I decided to hit the squat rack after class. Arrived home to a mess. As one might expect... Dough all over the container and damaged gluten.
