I normally leave all my accessories on for a #FitCheck but I suppose being slightly disheveled is still a vibe.

I took some pictures recently during a brief moment of self-confidence, and then had someone help me pick out which one to post. I think I overthink things sometimes.

Today's outfit, hastily put together, but seemed to be an effective look. I sometimes worry that the low rise pant coupled with a full plain top will elongate my torso too much, but with my curves the drapes fabrics form a texture to create the waist.

This is one of my favorite tops. It's soft, looks tidy, and the sage green is very pretty in my opinion. Jewelry can be tricky to coordinate. I still need to figure out good hangars/danglies to pair when I have the inverted crescent pendant. The ones I have either don't match the curves or are too intricate.

This is a classic and manually cropped. I didn't get exposed to the DARE program as a child but was certainly brought up to speed eventually. I don't know if people ever wore these unironically, but just the thought feels weird to me.

Since this crop isn't snug, it is prone to nip slips. Less so after a couple of minor alterations, but it has as much success with breast support as the DARE program had with reducing drug use (less than zero)

Here's a #FitCheck for another wardrobe staple for when I can't or won't wear a crop top. Many reasons for this, like it being fall and chilly, or needing to do an in-person day at the office. Don't worry, I add a hoodie to hide my curves and tats in mixed company and include a picture for reference.

The pasties I used actually worked to suppress the nipples. However, it's really difficult to match my skin tone because of all the olive tones, and the top is slightly translucent which makes them visible. Despite the appearance it's not actually a texture bump.

Apparently I missed international lesbian day yesterday. I'm just going to have to make it up to you all. I've not been online as much this week. Anyway, here's a quick #FitCheck now with harem pants!

I like that these sit well on my hips and because they do, they sit higher in the back creating converging/diverging lines across the sides of my torso. Lines like that accentuate curves.

It's why the pacman creatures are so round! If I picked up belly dancing I could probably do lots of silly waka waka maneuvers...

I still have a whole backlog of pictures piling up. Some of them are locked behind a writers block. It's usually temporary.

To help emphasize how nice suspenders/braces look with an outfit, here is a picture to demonstrate them slid off the shoulders creating those side loops that let the eyeballs continue that waist-to-hip curve track. Plus they make for nice fidgets for when you want to have a hand in a pocket for some casual swagger.

It stood up quite well to the wind and was easy to run around in. And most importantly, I color coordinate! My skin goes with the sand, sky to skirt, lake to crop-top, and the clouds and white caps to the overshirt, and hair to camera.

Don't worry, I switched to pants later in the day before heading into the woods.

Thus, I ended up going with option B which did end up fitting the vibe pretty well for a windy beach at Lake Superior. I spent most of the hour running around with my DSLR. I'm on a small trip this weekend and was picking out some semi-formal wear for an event. One of my potential picks for a top is this black button up. It's been a favorite across a few different groups of friends and I didn't want anyone to feel left out.

Depending on the pants that loop is more towards the back or the side but almost never directly on the back or the side. If you have something hefty dangling from it you can make it bounce off the butt with each step. Similar to tapping to a rhythm when you aren't trapped behind slower walkers.

And yes, I know my mirror needs cleaning. I'll do a before and after in a follow up post later today.

I know it's a bit early for #TomboyTuesday but here's today's #NonBinary #FitCheck

I'd been puzzling as to why these tanks work even with my ~~kong~~ long torso. I think it's the fact that the bunching along the abdomen and then the little peek of tummy gives it texture which allows for the visual interruption. And the boobage probably helps with some part of the visual break. I also like how my arm #tattoos interplay with shadows when there's side lighting.

You'll notice that this fabric does not win against the nipples. In fact, one of the prior tops like this developed a hole right on the nipple. While it was amusing, it was also a little sad. We'll see how this one fares after a couple of months or so.

This is a staple outfit so I do end up posting a lot of crop plus baggy pants looks. These are mid-low rise pants which let me decorate the rainbow waistband that inevitably will peek out. An important note for the #Fashion choice of a crop top is that I have a longer torso and my midriff acts like a visual interruption not dissimilar to a wide belt. If I wore this same outfit with a full length tank, it doesn't work as well because there's nothing breaking up the length of the torso. In those cases a high-waisted pant with a belt is called for.

Today's #FitCheck is a classic look that might work for #TomboyTuesday maybe? I can't seem to figure out if this lands more or less butch than my flannel fits, but it definitely has femme elements to it. I suspect it's just because of my curves but other points are appreciated if you folx would like to add further notes. :neobot_heart_green:

Leather #Boots #CargoPants are really a lovely combo, and especially so with a crop top and one or two dangly neck ornaments, preferably with a bit of chunkiness. #Tattoos help balance the visual weight and also works well with my messy untamed curls having a day. I'm not sure what might happen if I flex my triceps in this outfit, but I might need to do it for science sometime according to a couple of friends.

It's definitely #Tomboy chic but the outfit is really just geared for utility. Literally the grungy fit used on the day with all the cleanup and lifting things around, etc. I'm not sure if that's even practical in a dress or skirt.

My hips slant high so I usually go for hi-rise pants, but I think these look pretty good given they don't fit that criteria. I like that it hugs the curve of my hip I think. Makes it feel more secure compared to other mid or low rise pants that can't balance length and width for my type of body.

While I had sneakers on for this specific instance. I definitely intend to make use of these pants with some chunky [black boots](https://lgbtqia.space/@h3mmy/114826497886135932) and a black crop of some sort. It'll be a vibe!

Another edition of a #TiedFlannel look that's a bit more on the butch side of things. Both the tie and the sleeve rolls are lower which hides the shape of the chest/bust a bit more and the squareness of the plaid patterning can hide some of the soft curves. Yes or No on this top?

Still doing some last minute festival packing. Was considering this top because... I didn't have D.A.R.E. programs where I went to school as a kid and I feel like I missed out on a whole set of ironic fashion choices.

The problem with this top is the extra wiggle room makes it really easy for a titty to fall out. I'm considering some strategic fabric tape or eventually a small tailoring project to take the sides in. I'm open to other tips though.

i'm finally starting to get happy with myself. i still have a ton of physical transformation left to do, but i'm fully out socially, and while it's been super scary, i'm happy.

the fashion style is from japan and it's called "dark mori kei", and i love it soooo much.

it's a soft, layered goth look, with tons of lace, ruffles, knits, tassels, and earth tones. it's super flattering for those of us without hips.
