@ryanc @catsalad That's what I thought too. I read "success info" and immediately thought of Windows 10's compatibility telemetry. I remember people initially feared that the government and major entertainment publishers would subpoena this telemetry data for fishing expeditions.

Earlier today, Sen. #ChuckGrassley admitted that there's no #evidence of #wrongdoing by #PresidentBiden, and yet here we are as the sun sets, and the #HouseRepublicans have voted to open an #impeachment inquiry. This is the biggest and most embarrassing #fishingExpedition in modern history. It's going to blow up in the #Republicans' faces, and ultimately help Joe #Biden in the #2024election. Mark my words.

The Tor Project has learned more about last year's attack by Carnegie Mellon researchers on the hidden service subsystem. Apparently these researchers were paid by the FBI to attack hidden services users in a broad sweep, and then sift through their data to find people whom they could accuse of crimes...
