    "Prohibiting Interest Rates Beyond the Legal Limits Act 2017 shld be amended to give "more teeth" against defiant creditors .. to seize excessive interest charges as "ill-gotten gains" .. Most importantly, #Thais should be educated in #fiscaldiscipline, starting at the school level, as more Thai youths hv recently become addicted to online gambling .. All attempts by the government to tackle the #informaldebt prob will be in vain if most Thais do not hv fiscal discipline"
