Budowa remizy - vol 4
Podstawowa konstrukcja została zakończona. Górny element udało się z sukcesem skręcić i stanowi jedną dużą płytę.
Remiza wytrzymała test obciążenia 13.5kg. Była to pierwsza rzecz, którę syn zrobił - wygrałem z żoną zakład.
Bardzo szybko pojawiło się dodatkowe dobudowane piętro ;)
Ogólnie projekt wyszedł sztos. W kilku miejscach zrobiłem błąd przy projektowaniu, które poprawiłem już.
Planuję wrzucić projekt na Printables dla zainteresowanych do samodzielnego montażu.
Strażacy zamówili kolejne mody: dodatkowe płytki, pokrywające jak najwięcej dachu garażu. To jest około 40x30cm (pole druku u mnie to 25x21cm).
W mojej gestii jest napis "Straż pożarna" oraz bramy do garażu.
Zdjęcia:
1. Wykorzystywana już do zabawy remiza z dobudowanym piętrem / dachem nad samolotem.
2. Gotowe do złożenia dwie płytki, które zostały wykorzystane jako strop piętra. Zastosowałem tam takie wcięcie, które ma wzmocnić połaczenie. Zrobienie tego kosztowało mnie 2-3h pracy. Wydaje mi się, że pozwoliło mi to wypracować sposób na budowanie dowolnie dużych płytek Duplo.Myślę, że płyty powyżej 30cm wzmacniałbym rurką aluminiową 6mm. Na ten momement uważam, że dałoby się w ten sposób na luzie zaprojektować płytę 80x80cm. Na razie nie mam pomysłu na wykorzystanie, ale nie wątpię, że się pojawi. Mam też pomysł na moda: drukowałbym płyty z dziurą w środku, dzięki czemu możnaby dowolnie środek zagospodarować.
3. Na ostatnim zdjęciu można zobaczyć, że wykorzystałem śruby 7x M3x30 do połączenia dwóch płytek.

Budowa remizy - część kolejna, 3?
Pudło wstepnie złożone, dolne płytki przykręcone do sklejki.
Górne płytki przymierzone, ale zdenerwowały mnie śruby M2 pod które je oryginalnie przygotowałem i rozwierciłem plastik dla śrub M3. Projektując te płytki zapomniałem o dziurach na montaż narożnych słupów, które mają być przykręcone do sklejki poprzez te płytki, kolejne wywiercone.Wyciągnąłem też juz z drukarki obydwie grube płyty na dach. Jedna byla drukowan z wsparciami, a drugiej zmienilem tyci projekt od dołu i drukowalem bez wsparć. Ostatecznie uważam, że wersja bez jest lepsza. Jest jeszcze kilka drobnych rzeczy do poprawienia w modelu. Te dwie grube części drukowaly się 19h wieksza i 14h mniejsza.
W weekend planuję wszystko skręcić:)

Budowa remizy postępuje. Kwestia czy młody dostanie złożoną czy do montażu jest otwarta ;D
Główne pudło ze sklejki (płyta fundamentowa, strop nad parterem, ściany parteru).
W sali odpraw na parterze i w dyspozytorni na piętrze będzie przykręcona płyta duplo, tak aby można wykorzystać klocki do urządzenia przestrzeni strażakom.
Piętro będzie rozmiaru 30x21cm. Tylko w rogach planuję słupki, ściany będą puste, celem samodzielnej zabudowy. Całość zostanie przykryta wydrukowaną płytą duplo, to spore wyzwanie, bo trzeba ją wydrukować w dwóch częściach, które planuję połączyć śrubami M3.
Te wszystkie części razem tworzące szkielet będą poskręcane śrubami. Muszą być skręcone, bo od dachu na parter będzie rura strażacka (z rurki aluminiowej 6mm).
Na dachu będzie miejsce na lądowisko dla helikoptera.
Na fotach po kolei:
1. Płytak na aprter z miejscem na montaż rury
2. Płytak na piętro z celownikiem dla wiertarki
3. Model podpór dachu, to zielone to są podpory (w #PrusaSlicer), które są wyłamywane, służą temu by drukować elementy wiszące w powietrzu.

there is a wonderful organization behind this story, Safe Haven Baby Boxes. a nonprofit formed in 2015.
A #newborn was surrendered recently to #Florida's only #babybox, a device that lets people give up an unwanted infant anonymously. It's the first time anyone's used the Safe Haven Baby Box since organizers placed it at an Ocala #firestation over two years ago.
