Since I still can't fire up the forge due to fire bans, I decided to make some modifications to it instead. I added another sheet of gal on the left side, to block off side gusts more, and then fabricated a side drift flu out of an old washing machine case.

Now we just need a lot of rain to make it safe to light up again.

(all angle grinding done inside the workshop to avoid sparks outside).
