Dungeon Keeper is becoming more difficult now. But I think I'm dealing way better with it compared to when I was a teenager.
Made a lot of progress in Fire Emblem as well. Doubt I'll finish it this month, but that's fine.

It has been a bit since I last posted about my RetroMay challenge.
I'm playing Fire Emblem on GBA almost every day. Small sessions of 20 to 30 minutes, so it's unlikely I'll be able to finish it by the end of the month. Still, it's a lot of fun and I consider Fire Emblem one of my main series, so it's great to finally play this.
I enjoy the story quite a lot, which is surprising. I expected it to be a slog in that department, but it holds my interest fairly well. The sprite work is amazing and the animations are so good. The mission design? So much fun!

Durchgespielt (fast): #FireEmblem
Macht storytechnisch erstaunlich viel mit wenigen Mitteln. Bezaubernde Kampfanimationen, nette Gefechte. Allerdings teilweise echt mies - da spielt man sauber bis zum Boss durch und der ist auf einmal überproportional stark und omeshottet (nebst Permakill) einen Gefolgsmann. Das zeigt sich extrem im letzten Kapitel. Blödes Erfahrungssystem, bei dem man schwachen Leuten den last hit ermöglichen muss, damit sie mehr Punkte kriegen. #gaming

Because I needed something familiar and not too taxing on my wits.
I started playing Fire Emblem Sacred Stones against. The easiest Fire Emblem game and still one of my favourites. Despite being the easiest, I would still argue that Awakening for 3DS was the best entry level FE game. But I digress.
Something that took me by surprise is how hefty the stat boost is for promotion from Knight to General.
Most class promotions don't give increases to all stats (besides luck) and also not as big an increase as seen here.
Boosting both Defense and Resistance by 3 seems like absolute overkill!
