#fips140: I can’t find how Red Hat patches FIPS-140 systems.

In Ubuntu-land, one can choose between "fips"(100% validated, but may have CVEs) and "fips-update"(fips modules + patches and in-process with the CMVP).

Does RHEL have anything like that or is it completely binary between non-FIPS or all-FIPS?
